In The News - Commentary by Kim

My precious Lord and Savior is coming soon and the countdown continues. As I watch the news, it only makes me more and more excited about the imminent return of Jesus Christ. Biblical prophecy, written thousands of years ago, is unfolding right before our eyes and it is an exciting time to be alive. Maranatha!!!!

$57.04

$57.04! That's how much it just cost to fill up my tank - OUCH!!! I can remember when I thought gas had skyrocketed when it went over a dollar. Now it seems that I need a part-time job just to pay for the gas to get me to my full-time job.

    I hear that.
Here in Wisconsin it is like 30 cents cheaper.

    Yeah.

Because of this, I invested in energy and suppliers.

And we all know I won't profit, so we can all thank me when gas gets back down below $2.

Kim, there are many things you can do to change your template. You can also get a nice blogger template for free. I can give you the address.you can personalize it by changing out the pics, and colors. It is quite easy. I will get you the address for that site for free blogger templates, and then tell you how to change it over.

Only $54. Apparently you don't drive a truck. My 2500 series Avalanche took $97 yesterday to fill it (probably had 5 gallons in the tank before I started pumping). Yeah for big trucks.

I was just reminiscing a week or so ago about filling up at a mom and pop store for 66 cents/gallon. Can you believe it?? Of course, that was...what? 8 years ago? But still...I'm still in shock about gas prices, and I probably always will be.

Hi Wally! I am so sorry to hear that you have been hurt by whatever church you were in. I can guarantee you though that Jesus does not feel that way about you. He would never cast anyone out that wants Him and He wants you so very much. I would hate for you to hold what some people did to you against Christ who loves you so much that He gave everything for you. He wants to spend eternity with you and the last thing He wants is for you to go to Hell. Wally, people may fail us but Jesus will NEVER fail you. Wally, thanks for saying you hope to never see me in Hell. You never will because I have trusted Jesus as my savior. You can also know for sure that you never will see me there by ensuring that you are not there yourself, by trusting Jesus as your savior. This requires repenting and asking Jesus to come into your heart and be your Lord and Savior. I know it may sound hard but just forgive those people who hurt you so the Lord can forgive all of your sins, cleanse you and free you. I hope that I hear from you again Wally and know that I am praying for you.

Actually I don't drive a SUV, I drive a sedan. I now know that I won't buy a larger car because of the gas.

I was wondering when people were going to wake up and finally realize we are getting shafted on gas prices. The oil companies are making record profits by pricing gas out of the reach of many. What will we do when it is double this amount next year?
